Our postage costs vary depending on the type of product ordered, the hazard and the weight.

Please add any products you require to your basket and it will auto-calculate the most economical shipping option for you.

Your options will be clearly shown and priced and you can select the version you prefer.

If an order is placed on this website, the shipping calculator will provide you with the best options for the product you need to your delivery location.

 

Brexit Update

Following the UK’s departure from the EU on 1 January 2021, all shipments are sent on a DAP Basis (Delivered at Place).

This means that the buyer will be liable for import VAT at their prevailing national rate and for order overs Euro 150 including carriage import duties will become chargeable at your prevailing national rate.

The Duty is ascertained by your national customs authority based on the HS Code of each product. The HS Code is shown in the “European Shipment” section of each product page.

 

Minimum Order Value

APC Pure DOES NOT have a small order charge or have a minimum order value.

 

Shipping & Dispatch

Orders received outside our normal working hours, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next available working day.

Please be aware that Mondays are typically our highest-volume day, so processing and dispatch times may be longer than usual. We do not guarantee same-day dispatch. 

Please note if your delivery is urgent/time sensitive please ring us on 0161 351 9599 to confirm we can accomodate your required delivery timeframe.

Our standard shipping times are:

Shelf Products: we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of order receipt (excluding weekends)

Products in Stock but not on shelf: 3-5 working days

Products that need manufacturing or purchasing: from 10 days

Please note that these are estimated processing times and may vary depending on order volumes, product availability and manufacturing or purchasing requirements.

We accept no liability for third party delays. The charges applied are for the use of the courier service due to weight or hazard of the product.

We clearly mark all hazardous materials in accordance with the ADR regulations. Whilst we are confident that are packing is sufficient for transport, in the event of damage in transport all boxes clearly show a Warning Label with instructions on what to do in the event of signs of leakage or damage.

If your order contains dangerous products, shipped outside of LQ and via a freight forwarder, your order will be subject to a delivery charge. Please contact us if you would like to purchase in bigger pack sizes than what are listed on our website.

Our courier treats the following locations as REMOTE, and as such a surcharge will be applicable for all courier shipments.
Our basket should notify you of the surcharge, but if not we will contact you immediately we assess your order and inform you of any relevant surcharge:
